horrible customer service

horrible customer service. i have asked for help multiple times and i receive bot generated replies signed by different "customer service representatives". never again! the only recourse i have is through the CC company! DO NOT USE BOOKYOGARETREAT.COMthe booking above is for my partner Marc Sabio which i paid thats why i am putting in a complain. Shortly before the retreat start date, I was unexpectedly informed that I was confirmed for a 50-hour Yoga Teacher Training course, which I never booked. After I raised concern, Soniya acknowledged this as a mistake and reconfirmed the Koh Samui retreat.However, I was then informed that:The Koh Samui retreat allegedly had insufficient participantsEkant Yoga intended to combine my retreat with a different 50-hour YTT in Koh Phangan, at a different venueRemaining payment of EUR 840 was requested via bank wire to a different business name: Diksha Yoga, which was described as a “sister school” used for tax purposesDespite my reservations, I completed the wire transfer as instructed. When Ekant Yoga later insisted on changing the retreat location and format, I declined and requested a cancellation and full refund. Soniya explicitly agreed in writing to a full refund.It has now been over three weeks, and:I have not received my refundEkant Yoga is now claiming they never received my wire transferI have bank confirmation from Bank of America proving the transfer was completedEkant Yoga continues to request additional information while providing no evidence of refund processingAdditionally:I contacted Wonderland Center in Koh Phangan, where the alleged 50-hour YTT was supposed to take placeWonderland confirmed in writing that they do not know or work with Ekant YogaThis raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of Ekant Yoga’s claims and advertised retreatsI am deeply concerned that:Ekant Yoga may be operating under multiple business namesRetreats may be advertised without confirmed venuesParticipants are being pressured to wire funds directly to third-party accountsRefund commitments are not being honoredGiven that this organizer is listed on your platform, I expect BookYogaRetreats to investigate Ekant Yoga and Diksha Yoga immediately, review their vetting status, and assist in resolving my refund. I am also preparing to report this matter to Yoga Alliance and relevant consumer protection authorities.I have a complete record of emails, WhatsApp messages, wire transfer receipts, and venue confirmations, and I am prepared to provide all documentation upon request.Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on next steps
