I booked 2 retreats with them. I ran into an issue with a provider and they have been totally unable to help. They said they'd but they did absolutely nothing at all. I had to sort it out by myself.Also, the deposit you pay is the commission they take, nothing of your deposit goes to the provider. So the only thing they do is to list retreats, because you don't even pay them for a service! When I had a problem with the 1st one, I had to pay on top of the retreat fee for admin fees. Of course, they didn't help with that neither.Take the provider's name, book it directly with them. You'll save money. It doesn't make a difference for the teachers.
