I ordered a boost two days ago. After about two hours, a booster reached out and requested my account login information. He mentioned that my order was for solo boosting, but I immediately told him that I wouldn't provide my logins. I clearly requested a refund to place a new order for duo boosting. Since then, I haven't received any response for two days. I've reached out via email, social media, and the chat feature, but no one has replied. This has been a very disappointing experience for me as a customer.
