I placed an order for a boost two days ago. After about two hours, a booster reached out and requested my account login details. He mentioned that my order was for solo boosting, but I made it clear that I wouldn't share my login information. I specifically asked for a refund so I could place a new order for DUO boosting. Since then, I've received no response for two days. I have reached out via email, social media, and the chat, but no one has replied. This has been a really disappointing experience for me as a customer.
