The card purchased of £50 for a birthday, I didn't receive the email and was blamed that I had typed the email incorrectly and it has gone somewhere else. I know this is untrue as I have the email as autofill and is not incorrect. If the business relies on emails anyway they should ensure it's typed twice to eliminate error. Looking at the reviews they are all the same where it appears that a customer applies for the voucher by the website and then get nothing back from this website. The voucher never arrives or can't be used and you are stuck.Suggestions - claim back from bank and report or head to One4all as these are the owner of the gift card and take responsibility in this area and need to take accountability for these gift cards they are selling.
