The customer service is absolutely terrible. I used the service for several creators over the years, and suddenly my account was blocked. When I contacted support, they took days to respond, claiming I had disputes with the payment processor, which is not true. I've never filed any disputes with my credit card company. After a data breach, I had to upload a new card, but when I tried explaining, the support team insisted I close a non-existent dispute and send them a certified letter confirming it. Each agent seemed to have a different identity and provided canned responses without addressing my issue. Now, I can't even delete my account after removing my payment methods because I don't trust them with my credit card anymore.
