I don't recommend to use their service. Very inexperienced support, which is not trying to keep the customer long-term and not trying to understand the root cause of the issue. You will have a better luck talking to ChatGPT. Specifically I had an issue with the payment and ended up with locked account. I contacted the content creator, which also hasn't received the funds. Luckily the content creator has resolved the issue outside of the platform.
