Great service and quick response to a question. My fourth boot buddy they are fantastic. Only four stars because the design of the dog guard has changed and I found the instructions and the video did not help at all. I have utilized the old fixings from my old one so not a problem but it was disappointing. Still the best dog boot system though. Thank you
