I had to chase for the product and I had paid extra for special delivery in a certain amount of time. Customer services was good and refunded the extra price paid for the delivery. It arrived the next day. The product isn't what I thought it would be as a friend has one and it seems to be a better material and quality. Also I had been in contact with someone via their message service on the website as I didn't know what size etc. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to fit snuggley in my boot. The welcome strips aren't heavy duty or strong enough. I have gone out and purchased more but they are similar to ones I received. I do believe it is not the correct size. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend thus product to anyone
