Ordered a Click & Collect medicine and when I went to collect on the advised day, they couldn't find it. Told me to come back the following day. Another wasted trip as it wasn't there the following day! I then went on holiday for two weeks, so the medicine was returned to 'the warehouse', at which point I should have been refunded. 6 weeks later, 4 emails, and 3 promises from Boots that they are 'processing my refund' and I am still waiting. I would expect this from the TikTok shop or Temu, but not from Boots. Shambles. If anyone at Boots is interested in helping me, please get in touch. For anyone else reading this, don't bother with Click & Collect, unless you have money to waste.
