I placed an order on a 3 for 2 promotion. I selected home delivery. Unfortunately items were delivered to wrong address. I contacted Boots to inform them of this and they told me it would take 21 days to investigate, but maybe sooner. Whilst on holiday they informed me that they could not find parcel, and as I had already stressed I wished for a replacement and not a refund. I asked if I could collect from store and was told that as original order was home delivery, I had to settle on this option.I arranged for items to be delivered to my neighbour on delivery tracking service, however this request was ignored by delivery service (not the fault of Boots) My neighbour did retrieve it and on opening only 2 items out of the 4 were delivered. On contacting Boots, they offered and refunded the one item and advised that I would have to wait approval on the item that was part of the 3 for 2 promotionI have contacted them today and was told this approval had been declined. They have resubmitted my request, after 5 weeks, I don't hold out much hope. I have made multiple calls to Boots, and have been patient. Boots do not honour their promotions, poor service
