If there was an option for 0 stars it would be a 0. If you look on the website itself the 800 number is short one number and if you call the 900 number it’s no longer in service. I put in the order on Sept 14th and now it’s Oct 3rd and still no email with a tracking number. The contact info for is two different addresses. One is a run of the mill address that leads to nowhere and the other I’m waiting to see IF there is a response. I can see the 5 star ratings are not genuine, but that’s just an opinion under present circumstances.
