I placed an order back in December for a selection of items totaling to about $250. I've ordered from Born Pretty multiple times in the past with no problems whatsoever and was actually very satisfied with the products I received. This time, however, has been an awful experience that I ended up filing a chargeback through my bank over. BP provided me with a tracking number that never updates/didn't exist, filed my order as "fulfilled" even though no package was ever received, their chat is constantly down or if it's live, no one actually responds regardless of how long you wait, an automated message asks if you'd like to be emailed instead which they never reach back out to do, and if you take the initiative to email them, you still won't hear anything back.
