I tried to sign up for rent advantage and couldn't get through on my bank link, because my bank says they are using outdated platform. Because the bank link failed, I sent them screenshots of my rent payments, which they said was okay. I signed an agreement to begin and went to bed feeling like I had everything resolved, except in the morning I kept getting messages to link my bank to get started, which we decided the night before doesn't work with their system. I asked for my refund and to cancel and haven't heard back.
