UPDATE: they emailed me and then asked me to give them my addresss, DOB and full name. is this actually a legitimate company? or is this something from a compound in Myanmar? at first I thought it was just spam. BUT IT TURNS OUT someone fraudulently used my info to start an account with them and there is absolutely NO phone number to call to deal with this serious issue. if you can't afford a phone line for a company what are you doing as a business? This is a huge red flag. Then being told I have to wait 1-3 business days to have someone deal with this? GARBAGE. The person who made this account also doesn't have a real phone number as I have now gone into their account after being able to change the account password after REPEATEDLY asking for help in this matter. I called the person and their phone number isn't even assigned. what are you guys running here? Is this account just created to phish? Is this business just a front for email scamming and phishing? GET A PHONE.
