I purchased a briefcase and wallet. I found another briefcase I liked better, so I kept the wallet. The briefcase was never used; I didn’t even remove any tags. When I returned it, I received an email claiming I had used it, which is completely false. I contacted the support team multiple times, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. I’m very dissatisfied with the service and feel misled.
