I found their warranty claims to be misleading. While the wallets look nice, they don’t hold up for daily use. Customer service has been unhelpful, and I’ve struggled to get a replacement for damaged items. I sent pictures and made multiple calls, but received no satisfactory response. This is disappointing for a brand that claims to offer a lifetime warranty.
