I have been with Bose for 20 years now. When they had their store open they were truly world class for sound AND customer service. Bose was always my go to for sound. But this last year has been hell. I bought Bose Noise Cancelling ear buds last year. I had to have them replaced 3 times. Then Bose apologised and said ‘please let us upgrade you to the quiet comfort ultra earbuds by way of apology.’ Great, once again Bose step up with good customer service. However, I write this review after SIX replacement pairs of which not one of them functioned properly. I now have the most recent pair that not only pops at most outside sound (not just at super loud sounds) plus they have literally stopped noise cancelling entirely no matter what I troubleshoot or try. I feel at a complete loss with this now. The last pair had such a loud constant static sound I worried for my eardrums. The pair before that didn’t cancel noise at all and so on. Bose seems to have dropped down from world class to absolutely awful. I seem to have been repeatedly sent dodgy returns from other customers or Bose products no longer operate correctly period. On the last return I broached the question of a refund - I have certainly been patient and loyal in this so far! I was informed that a refund is not normal and will have to be raised with a ‘superior’. Having read reviews on here I am very concerned about losing my money entirely. I have never known Bose to be in this mess before. Come on Bose! Honestly, I don’t think this is legally acceptable. Either give me my refund or check the earbuds. Please take care of this TODAY!!!
