Not willing to help to check delivery status despite delay after delay.Staff said they can’t access to customer account so no help could be offered. Staff claimed that no complaint channel or procedure.Bose US headquarters I think you should simply terminate your business in the UK if you are not going to change the way of UK operation. Your brand and reputation have been ruined here.
