i had a pair of faulty earbuds after one month, and got instructed to send it to bose and i did, and they said that i would get a pair of new ones, but newer got them then i contact bose and they said that tey were unable to ship to my location, the strange part is that tey was able to get my product and i had proof of it from UPS package tracking. and they said that tey wouldn't even be able to send me my old fault product back to me. it was a bad experience and really bad service.
