If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a set of over the ear headphones for a Christmas Gift. This was for a set of quiet comfort headphones. Order placed on 13/11/24. On the 14/11/24 I received an email stating that the headphones were on there way through UPS. On the 15/11/24 I got an email telling me that the order was delayed?? On the 16/11/24 I got a further email stating that my delivery was unsuccessful and that the order was being returned to Bose. After 2 live chats it appears that my order was not attempted as a delivery. This is what was written by the Bose agent "I have checked and found that UPS is return theparcel back to us. It's an ongoing issue in UK regionwhere UPS is return back order without delivering theproduct to customer. This has been escalated to ourupper management already and it will be resolved soon". I was told last Friday that it would be escalated and asked to allow 48-72hrs for it to be resolved. I left that time period and on Tuesday did a live chat again and was asked to allow 48-72 hrs to resolve (again). Still awaiting a response but I don't hold my breath.I have waited a further 48hrs and nothing, today (21/11/24) I have spoken again to Bose and have asked for a refund. It seems like I may or may not get one as the agent has told me the following "I understand your frustration but as I can not take the matter in my hands and provide you with a refund so I have already raised a ticket for you to global team so that they resolve the matter in timely manner and provide you wither refund or a new product whichever you have ordered" I can't understand what is hard about delivering goods that have been paid for. Just fulfill my order or refund me.
