Given a pair of QuietComfort earbuds as a present. Worked perfectly for 18 months then found both buds flashing red and white and wouldn't connect to bluetooth. Called Bose support who after a couple of minutes of diagnostics told me that the only option was to replace the buds and charging case with new (at a "discounted" price of £185!) PLEASE READ: If you have a problem with either or both earbuds or the charging case you will have to bin the lot. I asked Bose if it was possible to replace a single earbud and the answer was that the buds were paired at the factory and then to the case, so it was impossible to replace a single part. Absolutely outraged that they have their customers by the dangly bits if their product fails in any way. I shall never buy from Bose again as this is the only way I can protest about their total lack of caring about their customers.
