I ordered the Quiet Comfort headphones, refurbished. They were faulty, but still usable for work, which I needed them for. So I asked them to let me keep the faulty set until the new set arrived, as I couldn't be without headphones. They refused because "that's not their policy". So now I will be without headphones for 7-15 days, plus the time it takes for them to receive the old ones. They have no complaint form. I asked for them to escalate my case, and they told me to check back in 4 business days (they won't reach out to me lol).Bose, you make good products, but your anti-customer-centric service is a disgrace. If the headphones you send me this time are faulty as well, you'll lose a customer for good.
