Bose would rather landfill my over ear headphones and give me the opportunity to purchase a new pair at the discount price of £345 than let me buy a replacement cup (not integral to the working of the headphone, merely housing for the electronic components). Its defies logic in this day and age that companies are changing policies from ones which offer repairs and replacement parts to policies that knowingly and actively push for products to be discarded into landfill before necessary.
