Bought a pair of Quiet Comfort II buds and really wish I hadn`t. Within a a few days I noticed an issue with the sound dropping out every couple of seconds. I contacted BOSE and everything went well to start with. I returned the faulty ones as promised. That`s where the problems started. They seem to be incapable of delivering the replacement set. Despite all sorts of re-assurances via WhatsApp chat I still have no ear buds. Apparently I have to wait 72 hours for them to `escalate` the issue. A complete and utter failure by BOSE. Terrible product initially and then the aftercare is the worst I have ever come across and that is saying something. It should not be my responsibility to chase and chase and chase when they have dropped things all over the floor. All a bit sad really. I have spent thousands on their products over the years.
