I had a pair of Quiet Comfort II headphones that were within warranty and therefore Bose agreed for me to return them, which I did on the 2nd of January 2025 and which were signed for on the 6th of January 2025 at Bose. We are now on the 13th of February and I have been running from pillar to post with no joy and countless empty promises. Absolutely disgusting service and simply ridiculous. I have been made to wait so long for the replacement of my headphones. Currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy for stage four metastatic cancer and not having the headphones or the time to keep dealing with this is causing me more stress than I should be dealing with at this stage.
