I ordered a BOSE base module 700 on 23rd December to compliment a recently purchased soundbar and pair of surround speakers. As of 6th February it still has not arrived. No updates from BOSE at all. I have called their customer support twice, waiting 45 mins on the first occasion and over 1 hour on the second. I was told the product would arrive by 5th February - well it hasn’t.
