I recently purchased some QC Ultra earbuds and received a faulty pair. They sound distorted, hiss constantly and make buzzing and beeping sounds in the left ear. I reached out to customer service expecting a fairly simple and fair resolution, but instead I was told I'd have to wait up to 4 weeks for a replacement to be sent out after I send my faulty pair back, despite the fact that Bose offer express 2-day delivery on their online store. I opted for a refund. After speaking to other customers online it seems that these issues are very common. Bose are clearly not performing proper quality control checks on their expensive products before bringing them to market. After saving up for these earbuds, I was excited to try a premium product, but unfortunately there was nothing premium about the quality or service I received.
