Bought a pair of Earbuds just under a year ago. Product was fine but not the quality I would have expected and charging case broke a couple of weeks. Reached out to Bose who told me to send back for a replacement, which I did. When I hadn't heard anything from them, I checked on line to see that the exchange had been cancelled without anyone contacting me. Phoned up and they said that the return package was empty! Clearly this was not the case when I sent them off. Customer Service is not really interested in the fact that either their agent (UPS) or their staff have either stolen or lost my earbuds. It is now my problem and they are refusing to do anything else. I get no sense that they care, which is evidenced by the fact I am wating my time here as they never respond to TrustPilot reviews
