If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Bose. I ordered from them on 16/01/2025 and attempted to cancel the order the same day. Bose refused to cancel, even though the package hadn’t shipped yet. UPS confirmed Bose could have stopped the shipment at any time, but they chose not to and said they couldn't do it.Despite four recorded attempts on the UPS tracking to return to sender, the package took a week-long sightseeing tour across Europe and the UK, wasting resources and causing delays—all because Bose refused to act. Their customer service repeatedly lied, contradicted themselves, and shifted blame. When the item finally returned to them, I was told I’d need to wait 2–3 weeks for a refund, despite this mess being entirely their fault.Their "solution"? A useless 10% discount for future orders. No accountability, no urgency, and no respect for customers. Bose used to be a premium brand, but their service is now bottom-tier. Save yourself the headache—shop elsewhere.
