1 star given so that it was possible to rewrite a review. Had the misfortune to have to contact Bose Customer Support/chat. Having provided the necessary details to identify my product, I was connected to an ‘agent’ who took 25mins to copy and paste the ‘troubleshooting’ suggestions, which I’d already tried, to eventually tell me that they could offer me a paid replacement because my item had been discontinued. Something that could have been confirmed within 60 seconds…Complete Waste of Time
