Despite paying extra for express delivery, after 10 days, my headphones still haven’t arrived, and no one even knows where my package is! The customer support team’s only response has been to ask me to wait until the headphones are returned to the company, after which they will supposedly send them to me again. This process is truly unreasonable and unprofessional, especially when the customer urgently needs the product.To make matters worse, I can’t even request a refund until the headphones are returned to the company.
