Very poor product quality and rubbish customer service. I purchased two pairs of Bose Quiet Control earbuds from them. Both died after 14 months exactly with the exact same issue (they stopped charging) Bose charged me £140 for a 'replacement' the second time which I stupidly paid. It's clearly a faulty product - which is why it was discontinued - but they were happy to charge for a replacement pair. Really awful! I contacted their customer service team to complain and their representative offered me a very small discount for another pair. He kept repeating: 'I can not go beyond the Bose policies' like a robot. As if I'd make that mistake again after paying nearly £400 for a product that clearly has a manufacturing fault. Then, when I asked to complain, he said 'yes no problem' and gave me the standard call centre number available on the website! It was so bad I had to laugh.
