Awful customer service, repair times ridiculous and staff incompetent. Contacted Bose in december 2023 to get cost for repair to soundtouch system was quoted a fixed cost of £155 which i agreed too. Everything going ok so far Speaker was then collected by UPS and went on its merry way then i wait for nearly six weeks for it to come back to me, in the mean time call and request updates get told will get call back but never happened. Eventually Speaker came back to me damaged during repair so contact BOSE and after multiple calls and whats app messages finally get agreement to have it repaired free of charge. Speaker collected and you guessed it 6 weeks later it comes back to me. So far no speaker for over 3 months nearly. Open box to find the rubber feet it sits on missing. So yet again contact BOSE and despite telling them numerous times that there are four feet on the bottom of the speaker yup you guessed it i get sent one foot. This took over a week to arrive via UPS so contacted again today and had to wait on hold for around 20 mins to be told very sorry we will send you the three other feet again via UPS. So as normal i now receive the ushal how we did message and as always i put 1 and would not recommend you to anyone i know. Bose sell great speakers headsets but god if they ever break just give up and run away. Bose you need to seriously look at staff training and management processes as they are not working currently. Would i buy another product ? No lead times excessive support non existant.
