First of all need to highlight the extreme best quality of the Bose Products. super happy with the quality of the product but unfortunately the company's customer service team (UK) is running the brand. They are taking extremely extensive time for a product replacement. I tried to returned the default product on 2nd Jan and as per the UPS it reached Bose on 8th Jan. Only on 19th Jan Bose updated their tracking as product received. So no idea how long it will take to check.. (should be only a 5min task) as the microphone doesn't work. and then they will take another week's/months to deliver the the new product which is already paid for. Some responsible person should really evaluate their process (do some industry benchmark please) and correct for future.
