After an amazing initial response from the Bose customer support team, I have been on to them several times trying to find out where my replacement soundbar is. I have received nothing from them since they received my product back on 07/12/2023. The customer support are always apologetic but after 6 attempts by chat, phone and WhatsApp (biggest joke) and 4 escalation cases I have received absolutely nothing and my product is still showing as "In transit to Bose" even though they have confirmed 3 times that they have received. I asked for the complaint procedure and was given an email that has an automated response to contact support. I now have to return the rest of the home cinema system as I am not wasting any more time with Bose, oh wait, their online return process if "temporarily" offline, so guess what, I have to go back to customer support!
