Tried the chat feature on the website, bot tells me I'll be put through to a live agent 5hrs later no live agent.Same day I tried the WhatsApp and bot puts me through to live agent, 7hrs later an agent replies.The most expensive speakers and the worst SupportAnd I have the screenshots to prove :)
