Before placing my order it was confirmed (I have the screen shot) to me that UPS would be in receipt within 1 working day. When I contacted 3 days later I was then told it had not been dispatched & didn't when it would be. I asked for a refund which was refused because it was packed ??!! I said I wanted this issue raised as a complaint & was told as their delivery problems were well known I could not do that (not to me it wasn't!) . The conversations were absolutely meaningless, unhelpful & untrue. I will never ever buy another Bose product (of which I have a few) & suggest anyone reading this does the same-go elsewhere-cheaper & with some customer care. In the meantime I will try to get my money via credit card company.
