Returned an item to them, well within their return period. They provided that shipping label. I have confirmed tracking and confirmation of delivery back to Bose. Been chasing my refund for over a month. Fist, it was "delays in processing" and refund would be a few days. Now they are claiming they did not receive the delivery. I have been a long time Bose customer and will never buy from them again and I suggest anyone reading this does the same - they do not deserve e to be in business. I will update on the outcome of small claims court.
