The marketing and pricing of this brand really tries to convince the public that they are of a high standard, dealing with this company is so painful. The customer service team might as well be from another planet because they don’t know or understand anything, you could ask if they have an update on your spaghetti and they would say sorry sir there is nothing as of yet.The headphones are poorly made and break so easily, I can’t believe how many bad reviews they have but it all actually makes perfect sense since I’ve been having to deal with their customer service team and had my own headphones break.I used to think Bose were a really good brand but it’s clear that their time is up, the classic tactic of hiring customer service agents from a completely different realm says a lot. Poor products, I will celebrate your liquidation.
