Avoid at all costs. I bought a pair of noise cancelling headphones for my autistic son. There was a problem straightaway. One side of the headphones did not work apart from spending hours on the phone trying to sort this out. I’ve explained to them that I need something for him to use And can I please organise a replacement and then I will send the other pair back they don’t care they do not cater for people with disabilities. The customer service we’ve received has been appalling. I wish I never bought these headphones which I must add were not cheap, both might have an amazing name out there, but one thing they do not have is customer service maybe if they spent a little bit more time looking after their customers their custom service would also be an amazing product. All I can say is avoid at all costs, save your money by a different brand .
