I ordered some earbuds 2 on the 07/12 website and it took until the 18/12 to be despatched. I had contacted customer services via whatsapp during this time and the only response was after 2-3 days asking if I still needed assistance, when I reply yes, after another 2-3 days, they asked again if I still required assistance. I never received a proper response from them but my item was despatched, so I didn't need to continue chasing them up. The item was then delivered on 21/12 and this is what I mean when I say I was lucky to have received it. UPS delivered it but left it in my recycling bin on a bin day. Thankfully they had already come to collect the rubbish otherwise they would have been collected with my recycling. The box was soaking with dirty water but thankfully it didn't make it through to the headphones box. This isn't a good enough service from Bose. I have been a long-time customer and love their products. I had a previous warranty issue which they resolved very quickly but with the way the service has been on this occasion. I'm not so confident that if I experience any warranty issues in the future they will handle it as well as they did previously given this recent experience with their customer services.
