Ordered headphones back in November for a Christmas present…still not arrived. I can only seem to enquire through What’s App, an absolute joke. You send your enquiry , a day later if your lucky they reply and they ask for more details . You give them details then 2 days later you get a reply asking if you still want help, you say yes, then the same process happens again And you keep going round in circles. I did get a reply mid December and was promised the headphones by Christmas , 2 days later emails to say held up in Brussels…nothing since only the frustrating scenario of the what’s app debacle! They clearly don’t care..avoid at all costs! Well done Bose another Christmas ruined!So update from 28th December….woke up to an email sent 4.15am to say headphones will be delivered today. Received another email at 9am…sorry we missed you , product is being returned and a full refund will be given in 10 days! I went into the tracking it says, 4.15am out for delivery, 8am , return To consigner …Bose you are an absolute joke , a shambles, don't care, zero customer service . There are not enough negatives for theses people. They were more than happy to take my money 5 weeks ago!!
