I made an order on 28-Dec-23, paid a significant sum for the new flagship headphones. After no delivery 2 weeks later I contacted Bose via online chat. They told me there had been a processing issue and a ticket needs to be raised, and that I would be contacted in 48-72 hours. That was 1 week ago and it's now 3 weeks since my order. I contacted online chat again and they said the colour is out of stock and would take a minimum of 2 weeks.I appreciate there are delays with shipping, lack of stock etc, but there has been zero communication. All the chasing has been by me. It will likely be 5+ weeks after ordering these headphones if they're shipped (if they even do arrive at all).Dreadful service.
