Terrible customer service, I've been lied to, ignored and cut off during chat sessions particularly when I have provided proof of delivery time promised by their sales person. I placed my order on 13th Nov and still can't get a delivery date from Bose, they think that "soon" is an acceptable response. I bought a new set of headphones to replace my QC35II with a QC45. Still waiting and will cancel my order completely if they're not delivered by the weekend. Awful company, I'm surprised that a premium brand does not do better. Do not deal with them for your own sanity.
