I would give this company ZERO stars if I could!Returned a Bass module 500 for repair via UPS as directed by Bose who sent me a return label. TWO weeks later it has only moved 18 miles! I contacted Bose via WhatsApp which was laughable! Mohit was on the ‘call’ who is clearly not English and had no idea what to do. We ended up going round in circles which left me angry and frustrated! I was also no further forward. If UPS lose the product Bose won’t replace it- it is up to the customer to claim from UPS which is ridiculous!Bose did not inform me I would have to do this before I returned it to them. They wash their hands of the problem. Please think carefully before buying a Bose product- bad company- bad customer service.I can see from all the bad reviews that Bose have not answered anybody’s claims which means they do not monitor social media and are not bothered about bad reviews on their company.07852 130878
