1 star is far to high!I ordered BOSE 2 Sleep Buds from their webisteThe first delivery date advised was the 14th Oct, then 18th Oct. I contacted the phone support who stated it would be the 19th Oct or 21st Oct and then I could cancel the orderThe package had been stuck in a warehouse with teh EU since the 12th Oct with no movement. I contacted online support this time and was assured they had cancelled the order. Just after this I received an email stating delivery on th 25th Oct. So I contacted online support 2 days running who stated it had been cancelled. Eventually I got the truth that it had not been cancelled despite the chat transcripts telling me it had. Basically they lie to you and no action was taken against those support agents that lied to me. Disgraceful service and company!
