Bose customer service is a joke , agent responds after around 30 mins to give me same party line every time I chase where my product is , sent headphones in for repair 4 weeks ago, and replacement ones have never been sent out , customer service agents say 3 weeks or 4 weeks or 5 weeks , they haven't a clue and there is no way to escalate this to anyone , they fob you off with emails that don't work , really disappointed
