Feel like BOSE have stolen my money. Ordered an in stock product on the 30th of November which is meant to be my daughters main Christmas present. Zero correspondence from BOSE so chased them up using WhatApp support and received absolutely no information from them except to say I couldn’t cancel…which is ridiculous. Other people are saying don’t buy from BOSE direct when they should be saying DON’T buy from BOSE at all as this company is a disgrace. I am going to have a very disappointed daughter at Christmas as I imagine others will as well.
