I’m not impressed with customer services. I’ve just joined the Bose family. I ordered the ultra soundbar and 500 bass module. which took a week to arrive, which was acceptable. I then ordered the satellite speakers to go with it. 10 days later and I’ve no idea what’s happening to the order.Web chat gets you no where as no one answers.WhatsApp chat just as bad. 27 hours and still no response.For a premium product, I expected better, I’ve spent over £1500 with Bose, the support is shocking.If anyone at Bose is reading this, you’ve until the 7th of January to supply the speakers, then I’m sending everything back.
